Argent performs Transaction Screens, Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and
Phase II Environmental Site Assessments as environmental due diligence in support of real estate transactions.
Argent also provides due diligence services during the planning phase of a project involving identification of environmental and zoning constraints and development of conceptual site development plans for projects that would be reviewed by NJDEP and municipal planning /zoning boards; performance of structural analysis of existing buildings for suitability of solar panel installations; and performance of hazardous materials surveys for buildings involving potential presence of asbestos, lead, mercury and mold.
Argent encourages clients to perform Feasibility Evaluations of projects including preparation of preliminary work scopes and construction cost estimates during the due diligence phase of a project to identify as many economic implications of a project prior to closing on a deal.
