ENGINEERING

Argent provides the following engineering services:

Civil engineering services involving land surveying and site plan design including stormwater management calculations; grading, drainage and utilities design; landscape and lighting design; and design of mitigation measures as required to minimize potential adverse environmental impacts from development for the purpose of delivering approvals. Expert testimony at Planning and Zoning Boards is provided by licensed Professional Engineers and Professional Planners;

Marine services including hydrographic survey, geotechnical and analytical sampling and evaluation; structural design of bulkheads and docks; and preparation of dredging plans for rehabilitation of existing facilities;

Remedial services support involving earthwork calculations, groundwater modeling, design of engineering controls for Brownfields projects for use by Argent's Licensed Site Remediation Professional in securing a Response Action Outcome to close out a project.

Geotechnical and structural engineering services including subsurface soils investigation, preparation of subsurface soils for development and foundation design.

Construction Services including development of specifications for bids and construction; performance of construction stakeout and inspection; and construction management services using Schedule of Values methods.
