Environmental
Argent
provides environmental consulting services for residential,
commercial and industrial clients.
The
NJDEP Land Use Regulation Program includes the Flood
Hazard Area, Freshwater Wetlands, CAFRA and
Waterfront Development regulations. These programs apply
significant development constraints to many properties in New
Jersey. Recent changes to some of these programs make New
Jersey one of the most difficult places in the country to get
a project approved. There are also numerous other federal, state,
regional, county, and municipal environmental and land use
oriented programs that apply additional development constraints
to development and redevelopment in New Jersey.
Argent
has 25 years of experience in delivering development approvals
through many of the programs that affect development and redevelopment
projects. Argent provides preliminary evaluations of clients’
projects to identify the applicable regulatory programs
and constraints likely to be encountered; prepares base line
environmental assessments to identify the nature and extent
of the environmental constraints present; prepares permitting
strategies environmental documentation for submission to the
appropriate regulatory agencies; and secures the required
approvals.
Contact
us if you have any questions regarding any regulatory
programs or issues that may affect a development or redevelopment
project in New Jersey.
